According to this week's Game Updates, we have learned that four RS Action Bars will be available for free for members and free to play players from Oct. 26. What's more, Interface Scaling is also updated to improve RS accessibility and readability.  

Four RS Action Bars available for free from Oct. 26 

Action Bar is an interface featuring numbered slots, which can allow to use the assigned ability or item quickly by clicking on it. Previously members have nine action bars and four additional action bars can be bought from Solomon's General Store for 195 RuneCoins each or 100,000 Loyalty Points. However, starting from Oct. 26, both RS members and free to play players can claim four additional action bars for free. This change may be a simple but effective quality of life boost for everyone. 

RS Interface Scaling changes: in-game UI scaling & more 

Along with Action Bar change, RS Interface Scaling also has two main changes in order to improve the accessibility and readability of RS, including: 
1. In-game UI scaling will increase the usability of interfaces in the game to suit your setup. Besides, this feature will continue being updated to scale the UI downwards in the future. 
2. Add the option to boost or reduce the game's render scale. Reducing it will decrease visual quality to improve performance, and raising it will do the opposite.
