It's announced that there will be a beta world coming along with the next week's game update on Wednesday 27th January. Once the beta world opens, you will be able to start testing Toxic Blowpipe and other proposed changes for equipment rebalancing. During this period, OSRS Team will collect your feedback on these changes.

Toxic Blowpipe is an important part of OSRS and is also the primary focus in the upcoming beta world. With the Blowpipe nerf coming out, some of your feedback shows that the proposed changes seem too harsh and will make current content too difficult.
