Fast walkthrough to RS Sins of the Father 

As a short novice quest, RS Sins of the Father should be completed at level 85 Crafting, 85 Runecrafting, 85 Smithing, or 85 Invention. And you can follow the fast walkthrough below to complete this quest easily and quickly: 
1. Speak with Mr. Mordaut at the Anachronia base camp. 
2. Talk about Kerapac with Eliza and Alpheus by the Anachronia lodestone. 
3. Head north out of the base camp. 
4. Walk down the stairs until your character remarks about something different. Remember not to use the agility shortcut. 
5. Investigate nearby Dragonkin statue and then enter the door. 
6. Talk with Vicendithas. 
7. Talk with Vicendithas again. 
8. Gather 20 resources from one of the nodes. 
9. Go to the middle of the room and collect 1 effigy case. 
10. Talk with Vicendithas. 
11. Go to Kerapacs workbench and construct your effigy. 
12. Talk with Vicendithas.
13. Turn valves in a specific order.
14. Interact with the Incubator hatch after turning 3 valves. 
15. Interact with the Incubator hatch again to get uncharged effigy.
16. Talk with Vicendithas. 
17. Talk with Vicendithas again after ending the tutorial.
