The last of Poll 73 updates have come out, including OSRS Combat Dummy changes as well as the updates to Slayer QoL and Fossil Island. 

OSRS Combat Dummy changes on Dec. 2 

Based on the updates on Dec. 2, Combat Dummy, one of the final changes from Poll 73, now contains many new features for players with at least 58 Construction. These features can allow you to upgrade the Undead Combat Dummy into an Ornate Undead Combat Dummy. Once you complete the upgrade and unlock a few different versions, you can switch them anytime by using the right-click menu. 
With the updates, your new punching bag now can allow you to test the maximum hit of weapons that deal extra damage, like: 
1. 20 vampyre dust added to test maximum hit when using silver weapons. 
2. 500 revenant ether added to test your maximum hit when using Craw's Bow, Thammaron's Sceptre, or Viggora's Chainmace.
3. A Vorkath Head added to test your maximum hit when using dragonbane weapons. 
4. 10 ensouled Kalphite Heads added to test your maximum hit when using the Keris. 
5. A Kurask Head added to test your maximum hit when using leaf bladed weapons.

Beyond of Combat Dummy changes, you can also see other final changes from Poll 73 this week, including: 
1. Reaching 99 Slayer can allow you to show your Skill Cape to any Slayer Master and prove that you can be able to receive tasks despite of your Combat level. 
2. You can only find rare fossils after you ask Peter who is panning near the camp on Fossil Island to toggle off small to large drops.
3. Up to 510 fossils can be stored inside your Fossil Storage Crate.
