What are OSRS Twisted Tales? 

As mentioned previously, Twisted Tales are short standalone quests that may be released in the near future. In the quests, you will notice new characters, explore new mysteries and learn more about the regions of Kourend and Kebos. What is more, the first Twisted Tale named Getting Ahead has been posted to poll in the recent game updates on Oct. 22. 

Requirements & rewards of OSRS Getting Ahead 

Getting Ahead is a new intermediate-level quest proposed to be added as the first Twisted Tale. In this short quest, you will meet Gordon and Mary who are two troubled farmers asking you to bring back the head of the beast that has been terrorising their land. However, you have to meet these requirements to complete the short quest: 
Level 30 Crafting 
Level 26 Construction 
Ability to defeat a level 82 monster
Once you finish this quest, you will be awarded the following rewards: 
500 Coins 
1,200 Crafting XP 
800 Construction XP 
Access to a new Tannery in the Kebos Lowlands
