With the update on Jan. 27th, loads of OSRS Shades of Mort'ton changes are revealed, such as new shades, new rewards, visual changes and more. Take a sneak peek at these changes below. 

Urium shades added to OSRS Shades of Mort'ton 

New Urium shades with level 140 Combat are added to Shades of Mort'ton minigame. You can find them behind the door in the Mort'ton Shade Catacombs. Urium shades usually drop Urium remains which can be cremated with redwood pyre logs at level 95 Firemaking. 
Burning Urium remains can gain you a golden key that can allow you to unlock the new golden chests in the southeastern corner of the Catacombs. Opening the chest can award you improved standard loot and some new unique items. Besides, burning Fiyr remains may also give you a lower chance to receive a golden key. 

Other OSRS Shades of Mort'ton changes updated this week 

On top of that, you can also see other changes to Shades of Mort'ton, including: 
1. Bloodbark and Swampbark armours 
2. Zombie Zealot
It's contained in any chest in the Catacombs. Zombie Zealot can drop bleached bones, and you need to burn the bones on the Altar of the Damned, which can charge the Altar to restore your Prayer. 
3. Wearable Coffin
A new reward allows you to store plenty of shade remains: 
- Bronze Coffin: 3 remains
- Gold Coffin: 28 remains
4. Prayer Robes
A new armour is contained in the new gold chests, including helm, top, legs and boots. You can get 1.25% chance to save a bone or an ensouled head when wearing a piece, with a full set of 5% chance. 
5. Splitbark armour 
It has five pieces and can be created by using a needle and thread on a piece of fine cloth and bark between 60 and 62 Crafting.
